Third annual International Electronics Recycling Conference & Expo concludes

The third annual International Electronics Recycling Conference and Expo concluded last week in Las Vegas, and hosted more than 500 participants from 20 countries.

Included in this year’s mix of attendees were high-level executives from multi-national companies, local and regional electronics recyclers, equipment manufacturers, logistics companies and other organizations that provide services to the e-waste industry.

The third annual IERCE is under way

The third annual International Electronics Recycling Conference and Expo gets underway today at the J.W. Marriott hotel and resort in Las Vegas.

Wednesday saw about 100 attendees at pre-conference workshops. Final preparations were underway to prepare the show floor. Early check-in and registration began for the more than 500 attendees and 70 exhibitors.

Early attendees also joined the staff of the Electronic Waste Journal at the publication’s launch party, held at the hotel’s Lodge on the Lawn.

The 3rd edition of the International Electronics Recycling Conference & Expo (IERCE) will be held May 25th to May 27th at the J.W Marriott Resort and Spa in Las Vegas, Nevada.

2010 International CES Las Vegas, Nevada

More than 950 technology companies from outside the United States will be among the more than 2,500 exhibitors showcasing the latest consumer electronics (CE) products at the 2010 International CES – the world’s largest consumer technology tradeshow.
